George R.R. Martin’s ‘Winds Of Winter’ Plot To Focus On The Reeds?

George R.R. Martin's "Winds of Winter" plot may focus on The Reeds. According to WinterIsComing.net, the "Song of Ice and Fire" author has revealed that "The Winds of Winter" will have a plot twist which will be impossible to adapt into "Game of Thrones." Apparently, the character involved has already been killed off in the TV series but is still alive in the books.

The publication noted the possibility that George R.R. Martin's "Winds of Winter" would focus on Jojen Reed and his family. It is also likely that the highly-anticipated book will reveal the story of Stannis Baratheon and Jeyne Westerling.

Morning News USA reported that Jojen and Howland Reed are the "best bet" for the twist. A lot of fans have noted that Howland Reed has taken up a strong role in the book series but does not have the same effect in "Game of Thrones."

The mysteries for the plot twist in George R.R. Martin's "Winds of Winter" may involve the move of The Reed castle, Greywater Watch, or Jojen's vision power. Other speculations suggest that Meera and Jon Snow could be related.

Moreover, it was noted that Howland Reed witnessed Lyana Stark's death. This, in turn, could mean that The Reeds can verify Snow's bloodline.

Kit Harington, who portrays Jon Snow in "Game of Thrones," has revealed that his character is already dead in the series. "They should tune in and watch because whatever happens in the next season will be very exciting," Harington told BBC last month.

"But John Snow is dead I'm afraid. I think [fans' speculation] is great for the show - but they shouldn't get their hopes up about anything because Game of Thrones is very good at dashing hopes."

It was rumored that Jon Snow will be involved in the plot twist for George R.R. Martin's "Winds of Winter." However, there are still about 15 other characters who were killed off in "Game of Thrones" but not in the book series.
