50 Years of Lamborghini

Time to rev up your engines! The annual 83rd Geneva International Motor Show is just right around the corner. The most sophisticated and highly anticipated event of the year for dabblers, automobile enthusiasts and serious collectors; there will be approximately 130 premiere models from all the biggest names in auto-technology.

The upcoming event not only marks a special day for car lovers everywhere, but for the manufacturers, engineers and the hard working individuals that hand-crafted these priceless, innovative works of art. It sure is a milestone for many, however, Lamborghini has something special stashed up their sleeve in honor of the automobile-maker's 50th anniversary. From the attention Lamborghini has garnered over the celebration of their anniversary, it has struck a nostalgic nerve with classic collectors--reminding them of the elegance and beauty of the vehicle--opposed to their number one competitor, Ferrari.

In the world of classic car collecting, classic Ferraris have always been a more sought after classic automobile, and the sleek old-school designs of Lamborghini seem to have been tossed up in the antic of classic auto-gems.
