Despite dating for the past year, rumors are not leaving Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift. Recently, the couple faced a controversy when Harris was rumored to constantly hide away from meeting Swift's friends.
One particular incident was when Harris was spotted in the gym when Taylor was all dressed up for her best friend's wedding. The incident alone gained much publicity, according to Mail Online.
To prove the latter, the rumors further surged when Harris did not went with Taylor Swift during the prestigious Vanity Fair Oscars party. While the rumors continue to rise, Gossip Cop debunked the rumors as unreliable because Harris' absence is an indicator that he is eluding his girlfriend's peer groups.
The same post added that Harris is thankful that his girlfriend has some reliable people surrounding her but he still prefers to spend time a one on one time with Swift. It stands to reason that the couple has dated for sometime and in that period of time, they were able to meet friends and families and it is not a wonder if they chose to spend time with each other lonely.
Even though the couple is not constantly seen in public, they did appear to provide clarity to their relationship when they made their official appearance in one of the novelty awards, which is the Billboards Music Awards.
As of the moment, Calvin Harris and Taylor Swift's relationship is going strong and as the rumors got debunked, the fans and followers of both celebrities should be rest assured that Calvin Harris is on good terms with his girlfriend's friends.
