'Flaked' Season 2 Slated For March 2017 Premiere On Netflix?

Netflix's "Flaked" proved to be a success among viewers. Recent reports are now claiming that it is almost sure that the "dramedy" will be renewed for season 2.

The series stars comedian and "Arrested Development" star Will Arnett who plays alcoholic Chip. His portrayal of the character has definitely caught the attention of fans who are now awaiting more details about the show's renewal. Rumors are now rife that a March 2017 release for "Flaked" season 2 could be a possibility.

"Flaked evolves in the second half of the eight-episode first season from a comedy into a full-fledged drama, but it was that evolution that saw the show take off and has me eagerly awaiting news of a second season," Fan Sided reported. "It also looks like we'll have to wait about a year until we see more episodes of Flaked. It is almost a guarantee that Netflix will renew it for a second season with an anticipated release date coming in March 2017."

Arnett co-created the eight-episode season 1 with Mark Chappell. "Arrested Development " creator Mitch Hurwitz is also part of the team as he serves as the executive producer of the show.

Despite being on Netflix for roughly two weeks since it premiered on Mar. 11, fans have already expressed their love for the show. While the streaming service has no advertisers and rating to worry about, renewing a show for another season greatly depends on the viewers' response.
