1. "Your seemingly radical work plans won't mean a dime if you don't execute." True enough, words can be meaningless without the help of actions. No matter how greatly you think of your strategies, most of the time, proper execution is needed in order for them to work. A great strategy alone won't win a game or a battle; the win comes from basic blocking and tackling."
2. "Never be ashamed of your failures." Instead of looking at your failed attempts as a flunk, take them as a blessing of opportunities where you can actually improve and be better than you already are. Accepting your failure and acknowledging it is a huge sign that you are willing to grow, take risks, and be more innovative.
3. "Who you work with and for create a huge difference." As long as you're still working, you are a diamond in the rough. Whatever you go through, whoever surrounds you, will reflect on your final shape as an employee. This advice may seem like it's especially for the entry-level takers, but it's not.
