Khloé, Kourtney, And Kim Kardashian Being Sued Over Their Makeup Line Business

Nothing appears to bode well for the glamorous sisters, Khloé, Kourtney, and Kim Kardashian. It has been noted that the three ladies are currently facing charges and are sued over their make up line business.

A post published by Marie Claire reported that the sisters that created the infamous "Kardashian Beauty" make up line is facing tantamount challenges that are forecast to end in court. It all began when "Hillair Capital Management", the group that pooled their resources on the make-up line has chosen to sue for a hefty $180 million.

More report from the Gossip Cop showed that Khloé, Kourtney, and Kim Kardashian initially formed the company with "Boldface" in 2012 and made debut on its makeup collection bearing the name "Kardashian Khroma."

However, there were trademark issues with the name "Khroma" so the sisters had to alter it to "Kardashian Beauty." Just when things started rolling, Boldface bumped into financial troubles. It further resulted into a buyout of Hillair. The company also rendered $10 million into the business enterprise along with the Kardashians as its joint owner.

Since the move did not end so well, the company reported a loss of investment and profits and even denoted that the Kardashians have abandoned the make up line. Moreover, the plaintiff demands a jury trial so that they can claim a "better, more lucrative deal."

It stands out that Hillair Capital Management filed its claims in one of the courts in Los Angeles. On a different note, it remains to be seen how the lawsuit against Khloé, Kourtney, and Kim Kardashian would end and would it affect their other business enterprise as well. As for the verdict, that too remains undisclosed for now.
