Career advancement and climbing up the corporate ladder is difficult at some point. However, with some help and knowledge, the journey traversed is less discomforting and disheartening. According a post from Monster, Madonna is one great example of change and progress. The singer is never weary in adapting to he new styles of this generation.

As for Winfrey, she values and nurture talents and encourages women to not give up in their dreams and to overcome the blockades that hinders career growth and development. She believes that being an entrepreneur is a gift and nothing should hinder personal growth and development. To prove the latter, Entrepreneur reports, "The queen of talk didn't let sexual abuse, poverty or racism hold her back. She's a media mogul with a soft spot for people and a penchant for following her instincts."
It stands to reason that regardless of the challenges and hurts and hurdles in life, a path to a successful career truly attainable. Celebrities such as Oprah Winfrey, Madonna, and even the Martha Stewart has already proven it.
