Audi R8 and its latest innovations have led to speculations of how the move will transform the overall car industry. Along with that, the successful implementations and plan have been noted to promote job stability for those that work in car making industry.
A former post from Morning Ticker shared how the powerful Audi R8 could totally alter the auto industry. It has been affirmed that it was just recently that carmaker Audi unveiled its latest R8 V10. Owing to the company's big step forward, the world of cars and markets have facing strong competitions and awareness.
Even Modular Sport Car System project manager Alwyn Watkins said, "The sleek sports car is almost entirely new except for the engine and transmission, as the company seeks to improve on the body's stiffness and take it to a whole new level. While the Audi is happy with the power train, the company wanted to take a second look at the front end to try to make a big step forward."
It appears that the big move by Audi has led to more awareness for other carmakers to shift their strategies and implement big changes to counter the rising threat that Audi R8 has brought forth. Also, "With its distinctive design, its driving dynamics and its closeness to racing, the R8 is one of the strongest calling cards for the four rings and is the flagship car from Audi Sport." Dietmar Voggenreiter, Board Member for Sales and Marketing at AUDI AG, said in a statement.
As Audi R8 implied forthcoming success and more job stability, other carmakers such as Fiat Chryslerhave closed its manufacturing plants owing to the unstable market industry. In addition, Jobs & Hire reported that Fiat Chrysler sacked 1,300 employees in one of its plants located in Michigan.
Meanwhile, "The first generation of the R8 paved our way toward becoming a premium brand and raised the aura of Audi to a new level. The new R8 will continue this success story and further accelerate the growth strategy of Audi Sport," Voggenreiter added.
