‘Vampire Diaries’ Star Nina Dobrev Puts Career In Backseat While On Spring Break

Nina Dobrev isn't worried about anything else at the moment except enjoying her spring break with her bestie Julianne Hough. The duo celebrated spring break at Sony Studios' Los Angeles. The "Vampire Diaries" star has been out of the fang-game for quite a while and reports are indicating that there is a possibility that she might show up once again in the long-time running vampire television series.

However, her career may be put on hold because Ian Somerhalder (Nina Dobrev's love interest on-screen) has been banned from getting his act together with Dobrev, according to the Inquisitr. Somerhalder's wife, Nikki Reed has apparently banned him from working together with Dobrev because they were previously a couple. Although fans are eager to see both vampire love interests on screen, this may be all just a dream in a deep sleep. In the same article, neither party has addressed the matter of a possible reunion if ever "The Vampire Diaries" series is going to end.

Her acting career isn't over though. Nina Dobrev is keeping herself busy. According to IMDB, she's joined a few films that are in production right now: "Crash Pad" and "Flatliners." She is also expected to join the cast of "XXX: The Return Of Xander Cage."

She has not commented on anything "Vampire Diaries" related but was utterly excited about her involvement in "XXX: The Return Of Xander Cage." KPopStarz has it that she's focusing on this film only.

However, right now, Nina Dobrev would rather enjoy spring break with her BFF Julianne Hough, as told by Just Jared.

Do you think she should get back to the "Vampire Diaries" set and make one final bow before the inevitable end of the show?
