Birth of Royal Baby Will Cap Celebration of Queen Elizabeth's Crowning and Put Souvenir Makers in a Frenzy [VIDEO]

The watch for the coming royal baby of Prince William and the Duchess of Cambridge continues, and people are already waiting outside of London's St. Mary's hospital. Meanwhile, British souvenir makers are in frantic haste to make merchandise to commemorate the baby's birth, and Great Britain celebrates the 60th anniversary of the crowning of Queen Elizabeth II.

Yes, there are many exciting things happening this week for the royal family and its onlookers.

The Prince's wife Kate Middleton is expected to deliver her first child on July 13, 2013, and people are camped outside of the hospital with tents (some for days) in high anticipation of the birth of the child.

With so much buzz about the coming newborn, there are only two things that remain mysteries for everyone: the gender and name of the future heir to the throne.

With these unsolved mysteries in mind and after months of preparation, the merchants of Great Britain hurry to put the final touches upon the royal baby memorabilia. One manufacturer by the name of Sophie Allport, a designer of fine bone china, has already prepared orders of hand-crafted commemorative mugs for the coming of the infant. The only thing that's stopping her from sending them out is the fact that the baby is unnamed.

Amidst Allport and other manufacturers' waiting on the royal baby's name, the royal family celebrated 60 years since the queen's crowning by opening the Coronation Festival at Buckingham Palace. The queen arrived via golf cart, dressed in a blue-and-white flowery patterned dress with white gloves amidst the warm sun. She was convoyed by her son Prince Charles and his wife Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.

Also, there was Princess Anna and grandchildren Prince Beatrice and Princess Eugenie. The queen's husband was absent, however.

More on the quickly approaching birth of the royal baby, the birth will be certified by the doctor, and then the birth certificate will be ceremonially carried from the hospital and displayed to the onlookers outside of Buckingham Palace. Soon to follow will be 62 cannon shots from the Tower of London and 41 from Green Park.

Not to mention, of course, there will be a wonderful celebration throughout all of Britain. If you're in London and you plan to see the birth, Forbes offers several of the many places that you can visit to see this momentous occasion.

Oh yes, it's going down this weekend.
