Katy Perry confessed that she is not dating Twilight star Robert Pattinson after his split with Kristen Stewart.
Perry sent a message to Kristen Stewart, the ex-girlfriend of Robert Pattinson, "I know you've seen all this stuff but you know I would never disrespect you. I'm not that person. I'm just trying to be a friend to him but it is unfortunate that I do have a set of t*ts.''
The "Teenage Dream" singer has been rumored to be dating Robert Pattinson when they grew close after the couple split in June when Pattinson caught Stewart cheating on him with director Rupert Sanders. Perry was spotted with him a number of times after their breakup, stimulating rumors. The singer was found at a Bjork performance with Pattinson at the Pantages Theatre in Los Angeles in June.
She told the reporters that she and Rob were just very good friends. He was there when Russell Brand, English actor and comedian, sent her a message saying he wanted divorce. After 14 months of marriage, their divorce was settled in July 2012.
Meanwhile, the Part of Me hitmaker is back with singer John Mayer after a brief split. Katy speaks about her relationship with John Mayer, saying, "He pulled away, that was a big hello for me."
"I realized I could lose the person I loved and I had to deal with some things, issues I think a lot of women have. You can be strong in one aspect of your life but submissive in another. In relationships, it was hard for me to speak up and set boundaries. I think that a lot of that has to do with the fear of loss."
Perry admitted she wanted to date "challenging guys," as she said, "The men I have gone for are challenging, yes, but they're also wildly intelligent and poetic."
