“Shooter” Stuntman Sued Tom Sizemore: Latest Updates

The lawsuit claims on Friday in Los Angeles County Superior Court that Tom Sizemore was drunk on set while operating the SUV. 'Shooter' stuntman, Steve De Castro sued the Hollywood actor for being negligence and intoxicated.

A report circulated over the internet that the veteran Hollywood actor, Tom Sizemore was with the influenced of alcohol while operating a vehicle during the time when filming his TV show, 'Shooter'. According to the report, Sizemore was reckless when he hit his stuntman, Steve De Castro. As reportedly, De Castro suffered multiple injuries and claimed that he was with his hairbreadth of death.

According to Steve De Castro, he was working at Agua Dulce Airport, where the location of the TV show incident happened, on July 6, Wednesday when Sizemore was drunk knowing that he would operate a vehicle on their taping. 'Shooter' stuntman does not know the degree of his injuries, but he claimed a lawsuit against Tom Sizemore together with Viacom, Paramount Pictures Corporation and its cast and crew entertainment services. According to Attorney Lawrence Grassini "Sizemore's actions were willful, vile and done in conscious manner disregard for safety - warranting exemplary damages."

The superior court of the state of California appealed a complaint against the 54-year old actor for personal injuries and damages in accordance with negligence and reckless driving. Also, it was stated therein the claims for peculiar risk, battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress and loss of consortium.

According to the report, the stuntman said that the producers consented the Hollywood actor by not immediately terminating him after the terrifying incident happened. Apparently, De Castro charged the production company as well as Tom for his medical expenses and other damages.

On the other hand, Tom was arrested on suspicion of domestic violence - two weeks after the incident happened when he joined the USA show in July.
