Blizzard's Overwatch Reveals New Character 'Sombra'

The 25th anniversary of the Blizzard Entertainment is expected to be celebrated in the 10th annual Blizzard Contest (BlizzCon) held at Anaheim, Canada.

Being on their silver anniversary, gamers expect a lot of surprises and new announcements including the release of new expansions and characters in different Blizzard games. Gamers and other fans of console and online games are excited to see what has been in store for them when it comes to the game series, The Overwatch.

Just this day, Blizzard seems to confirm the release of their new Overwatch character, Sombra, after an artwork circulated on social media. The artwork was accidentally revealed after the online merchandise store of Blizzard updated its list of products.

While it is believed to be withdrawn from the website, some players have been able to take a shot of the leaked image of the new Overwatch character. Sombra tends to be the mysterious Mexican character who will be a hacker character in the Overwatch game.

Sombra is also expected to be over the giant Omnic, as how the Blizzard Entertainment used to describe her as they tickle its audience. Believed to be layed-out by a senior resident concept artist of the Blizzard Entertainment, the new Overwatch character is expected to be revealed on third season of the competitive play of the said game.

With higher agility in controlling a mech, Sombra is carries a submachine gun as its ultimate weapon. In addition to the leaked new Overwatch charater, the rest of the audience in Blizzard Entertainment games are also looking forward to the announcement of the new expansion following the Whispers of the Old Gods of Hearthstone, and then the release of the new installments of Diablo.

This week will also reveal the world champions in several Blizzard Entertainment games, and awarding will be in a form of a blizzard party where Hodor of the Game of Thrones will be there to host the music.
