Grindr Murder: Stefano Brizzi Claimed That PC's Death Was 'Breaking Bad' Inspired

Another report asserts that a murderer was inspired by the TV show, "Breaking Bad" by dissolving the victim's body in a bath of acid. An alleged sadomasochist accused of killing a police officer after organizing a "chemsex" hook-up on a dating app, Grindr.

A 50-year old web developer, Stefano Brizzi was accused of murdering a police office, Gordon Semple. It was reported that the murderer was alleged by the prosecutors of "living out an episode" of an American drama series, "Breaking Bad" in which Brizzi dissolved the victim's body in a bath of acid just like a scene from his favorite TV series.

The Italian national denied the murder case but admitted that he was inspired by the TV Show, Breaking Bad drug dealers, Water Whine and Jesse Pinkman. According to the accused man, he panicked and felt paranoid after the 59-year old police officer died during a "sex game gone wrong" at his flat in Southwark.

In the episode, Walter White's sidekick, Jessie Pinkman dissolves the body of a rival crystal meth dealer in hydrofluoric acid. However, Jesse was amateur to do so; he ignored Walter's instructions to use a plastic container, so the acid burns through his bathtub.

Before the incident happened, Brizzi was caught on CCTV buying a haul of equipment including saws, metal sheeting, pink plastic bin, bottles of acid and some cleaning products. On the CCTV footage, Brizzi was carefully checking the depth and thickness of the plastic bin - he even put his head inside the large bucket before he bought it.

"I remember in that episode, Jesse doesn't use the right type of plastic for the bathtub, and the bathtub gets eroded, and the whole thing ends up on the floor", Brizzi said to the jury. The murderer was really inspired by the TV show, Breaking Bad which caused him to do a terrifying murder case.
