Kendall Jenner Revelation: 'Keeping Up With The Kardashians' Star Admits Afraid To Fall Asleep Due To Sleep Paralysis Disorder

Earlier this month, reports were circulated over the internet that the supermodel and TV personality, Kendall Jenner was having a sleep paralysis disorder. On their family TV show, "Keeping Up With The Kardashians", Kendall said that she's afraid to "fall asleep" due to her condition.

The 21-year old fashion model talked about her sleep paralysis disorder in their family reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians" on Sunday.  Kendall said that she was struggling on her condition right now but she kept on fighting against her battle with panic attacks, anxiety and sleep paralysis. According to Kendall, her condition made her scared to "fall asleep".

On their sixth episode of Keeping Up With the Kardashians on November 6, Kendall opened up about her condition and said that she woke up in the middle of the night and her body can't move. She called her condition as a "terrifying" disorder. "I'm freaking out! I wake up in the middle of the night, and I can't move. I looked it up online and it's a weird thing called sleep paralysis" she said. "It's so scary when it happens - you literally feel like you're never going to get out of it.", she added.

Kendall explained to her mom, Kris Jenner that her anxiety mostly happened on planes. Kendall admitted that she's scared to travel nowadays because of her sleep paralysis. Though Kris said to her that the nature of her work is to travel around the world, Kendall beg to disagree for she thought that her health is more important than her job.

Basically, Kendall Jenner almost living on a plane due to her hectic schedules around the world. Most of the time, she travels to Paris for their fashion show and photo shoots. On the other hand, Kendall met a therapist to help manage her condition.
