Usher's Ex-Wife Demands Sole Custody, Their Son In Intensive Care (+VIDEO)

The singer's son Usher V almost died under his watch -his ex-wife Tameka Raymond now wants sole custody of her children due to the accident that happened in Usher's home in Atlanta.

Raymond reportedly filed court papers and asked for an emergency hearing after their 5-year-old son Usher Raymond V sustained injury in a pool accident. Tameka Raymond says, the rapper is "creating a dangerous environment" for his children.

Tameka's 11-year-old child Kile Glover -Usher's stepson, passed away earlier after being injured in an accident. Kile was on life supported for 14 days and during that period, Usher and Tameka were locking heads over Kile's little brothers Usher V, 5, and Naviyd, 4. Usher reportedly suffered a heartache after Kile's death in 2012.

In defense of the rapper, his lawyer told reporters that Tameka is, "incapable of being a proper parent." He also said that Usher's ex-wife "does not have the emotional stability or capacity to bond with them, and therefore she is handicapped."

Usher's 5-year-old son was rushed to the hospital Monday evening after trying to reach a toy inside the pool's drain. Reports say Usher V is currently under intensive care at a hospital in Atlanta.

The Mirror UK reports that the little boy's aunt and one of Usher's maids attempted to rescue the boy but were unsuccessful. Two men working for Usher eventually got the child's limb off the drain and rushed the boy to the nearest hospital.

Usher was not in his home when the accident happened but he later traveled home to see his son. Tameka was also inside the ambulance with Usher Monday evening.

Usher and Tameka tied the knot in 2007 but the relationship did not last long due to Usher's infidelity. Usher fired back and called Tameka a "gold digger" during an interview. Tameka lost primary physical custody of her children to Usher in 2012 just a month after Tameka lost Kile.
