After a successful first season of an American web television series, "Luke Cage", fans were very excited about its upcoming season. There were numerous speculations that "Luke Cage" season 2 would be having countless crossover actions.
According to WhatCulture, there's a good chance that producers would likely to expand the story by having superheroes in "Luke Cage" season 2. On the other hand, it was stated that the upcoming sequel of "Luke Cage" has the potential to brought "The Defenders" new partnership, Mariah and Shades.
However, it was hinted that the upcoming season of "Luke Cage" would possibly include "The Defenders". Besides, the statement was hinted when Mike Colter who plays Luke Cage, had an exclusive interview.
"I think there's a big picture plan that includes everyone doing their own series, which we've done, culminating it make The Defenders.", Colter said. Besides it was rumored that "Jessica Jones", "Iron Fist", "Daredevil" and "Luke Cage" would form a version of "Avengers".
As previously reported, it was speculated that "Heroes for Hire" would be having its debut on "Luke Cage" season 2. On the other hand, it was previously stated by the showrunner of the said TV series that anything about the plot of "Luke Cage" season 2 might happen including the possible appearance of "Heroes for Hire."
According to GameNGuide, the showrunner of "Luke Cage" said that "Luke and Jessica's twisted life as having the angle of unprepared parenthood might occur." There were no confirmations yet about the speculations if it might happen in its second season.
Based on the Comic Book, "Iron Fist" and "Luke Cage" would be the first team in working together in "Heroes for Hire". On the original Marvel Comics, "Heroes for Hire" was composed of superhero team which uses their power for business service. Moreover, "Luke Cage" season 2 will be having its debut on March 17, 2017.
