'Justice League Action' Series Release Date, News & Updates: Cartoon Network Reveals Premiere Date; New DC Cartoon Similar To 'Teen Titans Go?'

Cartoon Network has unveiled the premiere date of the much-anticipated DC Animated series "Justice League Action." After fanning the flames of excitement in the hearts of the fans last July 2016, the network will finally air the series.

Last July 2016, Cartoon Network graced DC fans with a trailer for "Justice League Action," and sparked a craze among superhero fans. The upcoming DC animated series will feature fan-favorite heroes and villains including Superman, Wonder Woman, Batman, and the notorious Joker and Harley Quinn duo. 

Fans are happy to know that Cartoon Network has stayed true to their promise to release the series this year. Many fans were already quite worried since the year is almost coming to an end. Luckily, the network has confirmed that the premiere of "Justice League Action" will be on December 16 on US television. 

According to iTechPost, "Justice League Action" will release their pilot episode on December 16 and will broadcast the rest of the series every Saturday morning. As for the premiere date for DC fans located in the UK, Cartoon Network announced that the series will air on November 26. 

Although "Justice League Action" will focus on the adventures of Superman, Wonder Woman and Batman, many other Justice League members will also make their appearance. The upcoming DC Animates series also offers a wide variety of villains to bring chaos to your television screen. This includes Zod, The Joker, Harley Quinn, Lex Luthor and Atrocitus. According to Slashfilm, the series is also saving Mr. Freeze for later. 

The upcoming DC animated series features a lighter presentation as compared to that of "Justice League" and "Justice League Unlimited." It is a fact that nearly nothing can compare to the sheer awesomeness of the two aforementioned DC animated titles.

However, "Justice League Action" is bringing something different to the table. The design and animation style of the upcoming series is similar to the likes of "Teen Titans Go."  The humor, fun, and excitement is very refreshing for a "Justice League" themed animated series.
