"Real Housewives" Lisa Vanderpump Gets Sued For Fraud Following Giudice's Fraud Case [VIDEO]: Is There Something In The "Real Housewives" Water?!? [REPORT]

While Teresa Giudice of Real Housewives's New Jersey edition is pleading not guilty in court to 39 counts of fraud, another Real Housewives star is included in another fraud lawsuit. Is there something in the water or in the cocktails these ladies have been drinking?

The 52-year-old Lisa Vanderpump along with her husband were named as defendants recently in suit filed by Andrew Gruver and Ryan Allen Carrillo, bar entrepreneurs. The two says that Vanderpup and Ken Todd "snatched" their venue.

Carillo and Gruver tells the court that the couple "intended to disrupt the performance of the Agreement" after the property owner decided to lease out Carillo's and Gruver's original venue to another group i.e. that of Vanderpump and her husband.

The two men are suing the couple for constructive fraud, breach of contract, deceit, and breach of fiduciary duty. The say they suffered financial damages amounting to $4 million.

The P.U.M.P. Lounge replacing Carillo's and Gruver's Bar Varsity has temporarily stopped its construction citing unfair competition violations.

Vanderpump, in a statement to OMG! said, "We had no prior knowledge of Ryan Carrillo and Andrew Gruver or their claim. We took the lease in good faith seven months ago and all of our applications and notices have been posted publicly. Any issue will be between them and the property owner."

Lisa Vanderpump of "Real Housewives" Beverly Hills is a known British restaurateur, author, and sometime actress. The London-born Vanderpump resided in London for a long time until she moved to France. She later resided in Beverly Hills with her husband and their two children.

It was 1982 when Vanderpump and Todd met. She was 21 and he was 37-years-old.

Vanderpump started acting when she was nine years old and made her debut in films in the year 1973 in "A Touch Of Class".
