What would you do if you are stocked in a vessel with another person in addition to 5,000 unconscious bodies stored in a capsule? Would you scream for help knowing the fact that there no one in space to rescue you? Well, the latest trailer of the movie "Passenger" will make you realize how lucky you are for not being in space all by yourself as things for the movie's major characters, Chris Patt and Jennifer Lawrence, are totally looking wretched.
A new "Passenger" teaser showing the 'event' has been issued by Sony Pictures Entertainment. The trailer gives a clearer picture to the audience on what should they expect with the new well-spent space romance movie targeted to be released this Christmas.
Jim (Chris Patt) and Aurora (Jennifer Lawrence) were confined on a space vessel that is intended to transport over 5,000 unconscious people to "Homestead II," a planet distant from the Earth. However, 90 years prior to the expected time of arrival of the vessel, Jim and Aurora had already awakened from their cryosleep.
Compared to the first "Passenger" preview released by Sony, this new footage clip gives a hint that the lead characters played by Patt and Lawrence were intended to be awakened from their sleep in the hibernation pods as there was a major mishap that happened on the ship carrying them. The "Passenger" trailer has also given the public a foretaste that the bartender in the vessel was actually a robot.
However, it became clearer to the audience that Jim and Aurora's travel in space is not just about drinking a glass of wine served by the half-man, half-robot Michael Sheen and making out while enjoying the gift of gravity that they have. It seems to appear that the awakening of the pair has a purpose for the vessel seems to have a major problem which may put all of them in great danger in "Passenger".
On the better picture, as the two hunts ways on how to solve the major malfunction with only everything that they have in space, Jim and Aurora also finds a way to each other's hearts with their extreme fascination to one another. While the expected release of the "Passenger" is fast approaching, the mystery behind the unexplained awakening of Jim and Aurora is still something to be discovered for.
