KIM CATTRALL'S NEW ADDICTION: What New Regime 'Saved My Life'? [VIDEO & REPORT]

There is a new exercise crze that is taking New York fitness world by storm. This is the same fitness regimen that Kim Cattrall is addicted to.

"Fizzy yoga saved my life", Kim Cattrall revealed. Fizzy yoga is a hybrid fitness course that is a combination of physio adjustment, yoga and meditative breathing.

"Sex and the City's Charlotte reveals that fizzy yoga has helped her through her new play SweetBird oof Youth's taxing three-month run. While doing the play, she has endured a sore knee, inflexible sacrum and bruises but she managed to go on with the show because of fizzy yoga.

 "I have never been passionate about an exercise regime since Jane Fonda's 'cult' aerobics classes in the eighties,' she said.

Two years ago, Cattrall's right knee buckled which prevented her to do normal exercises even after she had completed therapy. Fizzy yoga solved her fitness dilemma. Fizzy yoga is a program that can be customized to fit the body's needs as it aims to work on shortages empowers muscles that are weak and stretches those that are tight and, at the same time, focuses on the core.

The fifty-eight year-old Star is not only loving the class, she's loving her instructor as well. She requested her Manhattan trainer, Diana Zotos, to fly out to London while she worked on her play. That way she will still continue training with her in spite of her hectic schedule.  Cattrall saw the need to slip two-hours-a-week fizzy yoga sessions in her schedule in order to maintain her physique and to keep her pain-free. "Performing on stage everyday can take a toll on her body," she said.  

Her trainer, Diana Zotos admires how Cattrall respects her body. "What fizzy yoga has done for her is what it has done for everyone. It has helped her realize hoe to constantly make adjustments in the way she moves and uses her body to protect it," she discloses.
