According to Chatt Sports Net, "There are talks that the show will be aired on Freeform, a subsidiary of Disney." That's a good news! Apparently, the station has a more mature audience which fits better with the older "Girls Meets World" Season 4 casts.
The growing casts of the TV series seem not to be a nice fit anymore, so there are speculations that they will be canceled to give way for young blood. Even though it's not yet confirm, there's a high possibility it could happen.

Simply, Blanchard may feel the strain off her shoulder. Now, she can again go back to her role in a more relaxed state.
