'Code Geass' News, Update and Spoilers: Lelouch Still Alive And Makes A Return in Season 3

"Code Geass" season 2 was indeed a huge thing for the anime series as the main protagonist Lelouch vi Britania faced the end of his life. But enthusiastic and hopeful, the anime's fans still wonder if Lelouch did really die. Eager to decode the future of the anime series, these hopeful fans cited some instances that may prove that Lelouch is indeed alive.

Lelouch's dying scene with Nunnally

One of these is that Lelouch could have gotten the code from his father. While this is unlikely, Lelouch's dying moment could contain the answer. As he slowly succumbs to death, Nunnally touches him and thus she was able to see some scenes that revealed Lelouch's ultimate plans.

It is said that only those who have a code can make such thing happen. So, when Nunnally touched Lelouch's hand and saw things, it could mean that he indeed possess a code. Another thing is that throughout the scenes, Nunnally was not there, which suggests that the memory is coming from Lelouch and that it defines the future.

C.C.'s scene in the wagon with mystery driver

In that latter part of the last episode, C.C. mentioned something that was addressed to Lelouch. This happened as C.C. was on the back of the wagon, with an unrevealed driver. While some say that C.C. was just talking to herself, many suspects that C.C. was with Lelouch during that very scene, even suspecting the driver being him. The driver was getting focused during the scene but his face remained unrevealed.

Other fans have much more theories. In a report by Yibada, some say that the next season will be titled "Code Geass: Lelouch of the Resurrection", and others touches the idea of alternate dimension. Regardless of these theories, the anime studio has not confirmed any of it yet.

"Code Geass" season 3 is still to be released in 2017, so for now, fans can only hope for Lelouch to be alive in kicking in the upcoming season.

Meanwhile, on another anime update, "Naruto Shippuden" Boruto arc 2017 release has been confirmed. Find out more in a report by Jobs & Hire.
