Bandai Namco published the second trailer for "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4 Road to Boruto" on Sunday. Weeks after their expansion announcement, details and release date are now being speculated.
Following their announcement in November, a four-minute trailer was released showing new features and gameplay. The trailer indicated new events and modes for the "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" players.
The second trailer featured Uzumaki Boruto, Naruto's son, with Konohamaru, Mitsuki, and Sarada. Throughout the story, it also showed a similar story plot to the "Boruto: The Movie," according to an article in iDigitalTimes.
Later on, Boruto finds himself hating his father and becomes stronger. He will be encountering Kinshiki and Momoshiki as the villains in the story.
Meanwhile, reports indicated that the players will be expecting a full display for Boruto, Naruto and Sasuke's new fighting styles. The game will also feature Boruto's wrist device jutsu and the distinct jutsus of the young Uzumaki.
New features including new combat style and combos will also be expected, according to an article on Gematsu. The "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" hints a complete story mode, new adventures, battles, and events. There will also be a battle against the villainous Momoshiki.
In the new story mode, "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" players will enjoy new characters, which can be available in Free Battle Mode even if they are playing offline. It was also revealed that Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha will be donning their Hokage Naruto and Adult Sasuke outfits.
The "Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm 4" DLC will be released on the "Road to Boruto." This will feature the original and modern ninja for the battle mode. It is estimated that the expansion release will cost about $49.99 for PS4 and Xbox One users as a downloadable or a boxed expansion.
