Five Easy Ways To Wrap Your Christmas Presents This Holiday

Holidays are coming. But you are running out of ideas how to wrap your Christmas presents for your friends and family.

Sometimes you will just be tempted to do the same wrapping with lame designs. Or worse, you will just shop for ready-made Christmas gift boxes and gift wraps. But isn't Christmas the time for giving? Then you might want to consider making a personalized, unique and more memorable gift wrapping this holiday season. HGTV created these five easy ways to wrap your presents this holiday:

1. Grab some old newspaper. Wrap your gift inside a box with the newspaper.  On the side facing top, create a unique decoration out of newspaper - like a swirling bowl. Add colorful stuff inside the bowl. This is eco-friendly and eye-catching at the same time.

2. After wrapping your gift, glue three pieces of sliced wood in succeeding sizes. Form a snowman out of the wood pieces. For the final touch, add some glitters for the body of the snowman, twigs for the hand and leaves for the hat.

3. In a plain white sheet, create a word puzzle with the letters C-H-R-I-S-T-M-A-S highlighted.  Wrap your gift with this paper. The puzzle with the highlighted Christmas word should be facing up. Add some ornaments like a red ribbon or a small poinsettia decoration. Gifts for Christmas like books, as reported in Jobs &Hire, goes well with this wrapping style.

4. Wrap the box with plain brown wrapping paper.  Secure the gift with a red yarn. Adore the gift with a wreath made from small twigs. This looks very "earthy" and unique.

5. There are a lot of free road maps anywhere.  Wrap your gifts with these.  Thread medium cords though a big button and tightly knot the gift.

There are so many ways to wrap your gifts this holiday. As Country Living puts it, your gift wrapping doesn't need to be complicated and expensive. What is important is that you wrap them with all your heart.
