‘Resident Evil: The Final Chapter’: Official Trailer Reveals Bloodier Battle

Despite negative reviews, the "Resident Evil" film series is said to be the highest-grossing movie franchise which is based on video games. According to Christian Today, it has managed to gross total of $915 million worldwide.

This will be the sixth and final part of the movie series after the preceding installment of "Resident Evil" franchise entitled "Resident Evil: Retribution" back in 2012. Alice's final battle will definitely be bloodier than the previous ones - an explosive battle, as revealed in the official trailer.

It is also in the same place where Umbrella Corporation is gearing up to launch a final strike on the sole living survivor of the apocalypse.

In her battle against time, Alice will collaborate with old friends as well as an unlikely ally. Between losing her phenomenal and heroic abilities and Umbrella's imminent violent attack, this will be Alice's most challenging adventure as her bouts to save the human race, which is on the brink of oblivion.

In the official trailer, Dr. Isaacs greets the bruised Alice as she arrives at the wrecked Racoon City. "We've played a long game, you and I," Dr. Isaacs said. "But now, it's over."
