Prince Harry Visits Meghan Markle In Toronto, Couple Already Engaged?

Royal watchers have always been fascinated with the British royal family, and now, all eyes are on Prince Harry and Meghan Markle. Back in October, the young royal admitted that the “Suits” actress is his girlfriend, and based on recent developments, it was rumored that the couple may have already gotten engaged and that an announcement could be made very soon.

E! Online reports that after a 14-day tour of the Caribbean, Prince Harry decided to fly to Toronto earlier this week to spend some quality time with the 35-year-old. The media outlet reports that the pair wanted to have some time together following the Prince’s travels and after Markle’s busy filming schedule.

“Harry has been travelling and wanted to make time to see Meghan,” a source told E! “They wanted their time together to be private.”

It was claimed that the 32-year-old was originally scheduled to fly straight to London from Barbados, but instead, Prince Harry made the 1,700-mile detour to visit Markle. According to the Daily Beast, the Prince was back in London by Wednesday morning and was seen with a smile on his face as he made an appearance at a charity fundraiser in the city.

It appears that Prince Harry and his press team took extra care to keep his Canada visit a secret as they reportedly told the press that he would be flying straight to London after his Caribbean tour. As a result, no pictures of the couple were taken, and only shots of a smiling Markle were seen earlier this week. In the photos, the actress can be seen holding bouquets of pink flowers and wearing a delicate gold necklace with the letters “H” and “M” on it.

The Daily Beast speculates that this was a make-or-break visit and that things went well between the couple during their limited time together. It was also claimed that Prince Harry could be on the brink of proposing to Markle, or he that he has already done so during the detour. It was said that the pair is planning to go on a winter vacation and that it would not come as a surprise if they decide to announce their engagement over the New Year holiday.
