'Pokemon GO' Latest News & Update: 'Pokemon Go' Introduces New Pokemon; Partners With Sprint For Over 10,500 PokeStops & Gyms?

The Pokemon Company International and Niantic has just recently teased about a few big upcoming updates for "Pokemon GO" come next week. Niantic has teamed up with two of the largest companies in the United States to augment the users' experience with the game.

Niantic and Sprint for more than 10,500 PokeStops and Gyms

Niantic recently announced its partnership with Sprint, motivated by their goal to improve the "Pokemon GO" experience, as per the announcement by Niantic's CEO John Hanke. With the said partnership, Sprint, Boost Mobile, and Sprint at Radioshack will become PokeStops and Gyms. This will give the users even crazier and more fun and engaging experience battling their friends, as well as more places to stock up on Poke Balls and Razz Berries.

In addition, the game will also feature in-store charging stations which will allow their "Pokemon GO" sessions going even longer. This feature is available in Sprint locations.

"Pokemon GO" and Starbucks altogether

Another update that is yet to be unveiled is Niantics another fresh partnership with Starbucks. It was said that on December 9, Starbucks locations will add up to the current number of PokeStops and Gyms.

Forbes also hinted about the addition of more Pokemon into "Pokemon GO" following the Starbucks deal. Moreover, Starbucks announced an additional frappe in the menu - the Pokemon GO Frappuccino.

More Pokemon on "Pokemon GO"

Yes! That is what Niantic and the Pokemon Company International have guaranteed its users. In its Pokemon Go Live website, the team announced something big to anticipate this 12th of December as "Pokemon GO" will have its first addition of Pokemon.

These are totally huge updates that Niantic made so far over the last few months. If this is going to hit and if all their announcements are as good as it sounds, they might finally regain themselves over a few big issues they had been earlier this month regarding the major glitches on their new Pokemon Tracker update.

Nevertheless, Niantic aside, "Pokemon GO" still dominated 2016 as the best mobile game. On top of that, it is also considered as one of the best video games of 2016. A bit weird having it listed alongside big console and PC games like "Uncharted 4", but yes, it made to the second spot. Here is a report by Jobs & Hire.
