Sean Kingston Lawsuit: The 'Beautiful Girls' Singer Allegedly Involved In 2010 Gang Rape [VIDEO & REPORT]

Sean Kingston, his bodyguard, and one of his band members allegedly gang raped a teenager inside the 22-year-old singer's hotel room in a Seattle hotel in July 2010, TMZ reported Friday.

The now woman victim, Carrisa Capeloto claimed that Sean Kingston invited her into his room for a meet-and-greet opportunity, but things turned out for the worse, when she saw Kingston lying on his bed completely naked.

As stated in the lawsuit, Kingston, who had just performed in Justin Beiber's concert, asked his bodyguard to escort Capeloto to his room at the hotel, where he stayed after the show.

The victim also claimed that she was forced to smoke pot and gulped 7-10 shots of vodka, adding that she was "obviously intoxicated, incapable of consent" when the incident happened.

According to TMZ, Capeloto sued all 3 men involved in the alleged gang rape, where she was supposedly placed on top of Sean Kingston while the other two began hitting on her.

After the incident, Capeleto called her friend to rescue her from the singer since his behavior as well as those of the other two became abrasive. Her friend immediately responded and had called the police.

The victim was then taken to a nearby hospital since she had obtained several physical injuries out of the incident.

The lawsuit continued by stating that due to the gang rape Sean Kingston and the other two has inflicted on Capeleto, she suffered from psychological disturbance including mood swings, panic attack, and insomnia.

Capeleto, who has also filed the same lawsuit in 2010 but was shunned due to the lack of credible evidence, now asks for $5 million from each of the three man involved.

On the other hand, Kingston had insisted that the allegation against him and his bodyguard and band member were not true, adding that the incident was purely consensual.

Sean Kingston was recently involved in another issue, where he was allegedly seen driving his Lamborghini around Sunset Blvd. on Aug. 27, despite being under the influence of alcohol.
