How Will Brad Pitt's Christmas Be This Year Without Angelina Jolie And Kids?

Brad Pitt continues to battle with ex-wife Angelina Jolie in court on their children's custody. After previous reports said he was not able to see the kids on Thanksgiving, it seems like Pitt will not be with them for Christmas either.

After bombarding the world with the news of their break up last September, the former "power couple" is now in an endless dispute adjusting to their new life away from each other. Rumors on the real reason for the split continue to arise from sources here and there, but the two chooses to focus on fighting for custody of their six children.

Us Magazine reports that the 53-year old actor has been eager to get back with his kids, but is not able to do so. This is because the FBI and the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services are still conducting further investigations after allegations that he hit one of their kids came up.

Now that his being busy on his recent film "Allied" is over, the actor still is not allowed to pay a visit to Maddox, Pax, Zahara, Shiloh and the twins Knox and Vivienne if the therapist does not permit. Some sources say he's seen them four times, but some argue it's more than that.

The divorce filed by "Maleficent" actress Jolie is still nowhere near resolution. Just recently, she pulled a "dirt file" against Pitt in a previous report by Radar Online, saying the latter has a violent temper, alcohol, and drug abuse problem.

With this and many other allegations against the actor, Pitt is certainly at his lowest, according to his friends. They said he continues to be "sad and frustrated" while he waits for the result of his filing for joint physical custody.

Whether he wins his kids or not, his loyal fans still wish him well, especially this holiday season.
