Undoubtedly, one of the most popular movie stars nowadays, and highly paid at that is no other than "The Rock" Dwayne Johnson. He has at least 3 movies coming out in the near future that are for sure going again to achieve box office status. He sure is a busy man.

Three "The Rock" movies to be released by next year are "The Fate of the Furious", "Baywatch", and "Jumanji".
The "Fate of the Furious" is the 8th of the successful "Fast and the Furious" franchise, with another superstar Vin Diesel and the rest of the F&F family. In this latest F&F series, they will have a new villainess in the person of equally famous Charlize Theron. Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson has been part of the crew since the 5th franchise. The movie was shot in locations in New York City and Cuba. It will be shown on your favorite theaters on April 14, 2017.
"Baywatch" the movie is a remake of the classic TV show "Baywatch", so there will be a lot of scenes on the beach and with sexy girls. This one is not TV friendly and will push hard the R-rating. Although Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson's' comedic side will be shown more here. Zach Efron also stars together with some of the original cast. It is due for release on May 19, 2017.
"Jumanji" is a remake of the movie made popular by the late Robin Williams. Dwayne Johnson talked about this as a great tribute to Robin Williams. Joining "The Rock" inin this one is Kevin Hart, his co-star in another movie Central Intelligence. Also, Jack Black recently joined the cast. It will be shown on July 28, 2017.
