'Clash of Clans' Winter Update: Sneak Peeks Into Town Hall 11 Balancing On Skills, Spells, Speed And More Resources

The "Clash of Clans" experience will get bigger and better this season. The winter update from Supercell promises more skills, better spells and increased speeds, while being able to tap into more resources including troops.

Set to address Town Hall 11, iDigital Times notes that the changes will affect four troops and a spell. It will also gvie discounts for seven game amenities including troops, spells and defensive structures.

To provide attacking resilience that players need, the Clash of Clans Blog lists the attack levels for Town Hall 11: Archer Queen levels 41-45, Barbarian King levels 41-45, Clan Castle level 7, Golem level 6, Hog Rider level 7, and Poison Spell level 5.

It is good to note that the Clan Castle level 7 attack boost will permit the donation of large spells like Rage and Freeze. Along with the rest, this will distinguish Town Hall 11 from Town Hall 10.

There will also be Upgrade Discounts on the following: Archer Queen levels 26-40, Barbarian King levels 31-40, Clan Castle levels 5-6, Golem (all levels), Hog Rider (all levels), Wall levels 10-11 and Wizard Tower levels 3-9.

The Poison Spell now has a larger radius allowing the spellcaster a better chance at hitting targets. The Witch's ability to cause damage and incur hitpoints have been increased, although this still has a long way in terms of effectivity.

For boosted speeds, the Balloon, Dragon and P.E.K.K.A. attacks are faster. This means that Valkyrie and Bowler can hit targets sooner. However, the DPS for these remains the same.

The update will also feature 15- and 30-minute war challenges, a reduction of the Clan Mail cool down to just one hour from the 12 hours before, making regular the new events tab/button that hints of special events, and a better organization of builder suggestions.

Since it is the season of giving, a special Clashmas is promised. There is no word on the details of the release yet.
