The beloved Disney cartoon series "Duck Tales" is ready for its reboot. The studio has lined up fan favorites to voice their favorite characters and introduced them singing in the video of the theme song.

Disney released the video online showing the line up for the show set to premiere in summer 2017. The colorful characters will be voiced by a slew of stars known to be loved online.

Variety and Buzzfeed list them down with credits to their other shows. Scrooge McDuck will be voiced by David Tennant. Tennant is known as Killgrave in" Jessica Jones", and as the 10th doctor in "Doctor Who." Danny Pudi, known as Abed of "Community," plays Huey. "Parks and Recreation's" Jean Ralphio, Ben Schwartz, will be Dewey. "Saturday Night Live" mainstay Bobby Moynihan is Louie. Another SNL star, Beck Bennett, plays Launchpad McDuck. Kate Micucci who has played Velma in recent "Scooby Doo" productions and has been the voice of Sadie in Steven Universe will play Webby Vanderquack.

"Duck Tales" was first aired 30 years ago. Inverse.com recounts how Duck Tales started in 1987 for a three-year run. Hewey, Dewey and Louie were adopted by their rich uncle, Scrooge McDuck, after their father, beloved grouchy duck Donald, was conscripted to join the navy. The trio get into all sorts of adventures and misadventures to the frustration and/or delight of their uncle.

Other "Duck Tales" characters are expected to appear in the reboot.  These include Donald Duck, Flintheart Glomgold, Gyro Gearloose, Duckworth, Gizmoduck, Magica DeSpell, Gladstone Gander, and Ma Beagle and the Beagle Boys.

Behind the scenes, Disney has taken on Matt Youngberg ("Ben 10: Omniverse") as executive producer, and Francisco Angones ( "Wander Over Yonder") as story editor and co-producer. Sean Jimenez ("Gravity Falls") will be the art director.
