Kylie Jenner Is Adding A Highlighter Collection To Her Makeup Line

Kylie Jenner’s makeup line is currently taking the world by storm as millions of makeup aficionados can’t get enough of the teen entrepreneur’s matte lipsticks and eyeliners. Now, the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star is about to add more products to the Kylie Cosmetics line before the month is over.

On Thursday, Feb. 23, the 19-year-old took to her Instagram account to announce her very first collection of highlighters. She posted a sneak peek video of the products and wrote, “Can’t hold it in any longer…My highlighters launch in 6 days!!! Worked extra hard on these for you guys & I hope you love this silky formula as much as I do.”

The highlighters, called Kylighters, will be launched on Feb. 28 at 6 p.m. ET, according to Cosmopolitan.

The highlighters are used to give skin a subtle glow and are usually in cream or powder form. Kylie Jenner’s powder highlighters will come in six shades: Banana Split, which is a true gold shade; French Vanilla, a champagne gold color; Cotton Candy Cream, which has a pale pink tone; Strawberry Shortcake, a rose gold highlighter; and Chocolate Cherry, which is the deepest color in the collection.

Jenner’s preview of her new products follows the opening of her pop-up shop in Mercer Street, New York City. The shop was only open from Feb. 13 to 20, but it was reported that fans flocked to the shop even in 30-degree weather, proving that the reality star’s brand is very popular among makeup fans.

According to Bustle, the first day alone had a line that spanned several blocks, with some people having camped out two days before the pop-up’s opening. Only 20 people were allowed into the store at the time, and almost everyone came out carrying white Kylie bags filled with merchandise.

Back in November, Forbes reported that Kylie Jenner earned $18 million from the family show, her Kylie Cosmetics company, and endorsement deals. She is the second-highest earning Kardashian sister, with Kim Kardashian being the top earner. It was reported that the mother-of-two earned a whopping $51 million last year.
