18-Year-Old Russian Teen's Virginity Sold for $27,000 Online

An 18-year-old Russian teen reportedly sold her virginity through an online auction, New York Daily News reported Monday.

According to the report, the Russian teen nicknamed Shatuniha, posted an ad that her virginity is being sold to whoever gets the highest bid for it.

Fortunately or unfortunately, the bidding escalated quickly, and her virginity was reportedly sold for $27,000.

To prove that she is a virgin, Shatuniha did not only place herself in the 'new, not used' category of the auction site, but she is also willing to undergo any virginity testing procedure.

In her ad, she told bidders, "I am in urgent need of money, so I am selling the most precious thing I possess."

Then, the Russian beauty followed it up with: "I am ready to meet up soon, even as soon as tomorrow, and I am ready to have my virginity verified."

Shatuniha reportedly lives in the Siberian City of Krasnoyarsk, and according to her profile she is willing to meet the winner of the bid at a Predmostnaya Sqaure hotel.

Payment was said to be in cash. Thus, upon meeting up, the money will be handed over the Russian teen's friend, who will accompany her to the hotel. The sexual rendezvous will then be arranged afterwards.

According to the Siberian Times, an Evgenly Volnow was declared the winning bidder.

Meanwhile, many people, who saw the online auction ad regarded it as prostitution, and they asked for legal action against the Russian teen.

However, authorities claimed that Shatuniha did not break any law, adding that there won't be any investigation on the case either.

"This situation is neither an administrative nor a criminal violation," a Krasnoyarsk spokesman said. "Nor does it fit into a description of the 'Prostitution' clause from the Code of the Administrative Violations."
