Last week's 'The Good Wife' episode, titled "The Next Week" offered a lot of things on our plate. There's this espionage thing going on through Alicia's computer webcam, which Zach discovered. Then, there's Will (Josh Charles) taking charge of a case involving one of Alicia's past clients, and there's the unexpected return of Clarke Hayden to Alicia's side to offer his financial advice services to Florrick/Agos. So can we expect this much being served on our plates tonight? Absolutely! Before we cut to the chase, we would like to express our confusion over tonight's episode. For one thing, we are not really sure about the title for this one since it's official sneak peek is titled "Ice, Ice, Baby" while its official synopsis says it's "The Next Month." Either way, rest assured tonight's show will be fun-filled as a sneak peek into it has already revealed a lot of funny moments that we are about to witness unfold this evening. First of is the high-five among the Florick/Agos employees. Yes! They now have a client and they are very pleased about it. Alicia will be representing the case, but it's going to be a tricky one. The case is about an undocumented immigrant who is currently facing deportation unless he decides to testify against a member of a notorious drug cartel. How will Alicia approach this case? Additionally, we will see Will's flirtatious side once again as a new office colleague sparks his interest. In a preview for the episode, we can see Diane and a senior associate eyeing Will's behavior with the new young lady in the office through glass doors. The senior associate even utters, "Might e have a Yoko Ono problem here?" To which Diane (Christine Baranski) simply responds with an eye-roll. Then, we can see at somewhere near the end of the clip that Eli Gold (Alan Cumming) will have a run-in with returning character Natalie (America Ferrera). Will these two find some romantic feelings for each other? The answer is most likely, but as early as now we can say that Marilyn will be concerned about the ethical ramifications when Eli reconnects with Natalie.
Meanwhile, Jim Halterman of TVfanatic recently wrote about the remarkable storyline 'The Good Wife' is having this season. "Not only did we have the professional shake-up at the law firm - which is now pitting once-loyal colleagues against each other with vengeful thirst - but the personal layers between the characters is equally vibrant, maybe even a bit more." Then, Halterman also raised his primary concern with the main character's development throughout this season. "And my only concern in all this was the character of Alicia. Would Alicia become too hard in this new step as she took stands that we've never seen her take before? Would she become a character we no longer recognized and cheered for? Not one bit."
