Sosie Bacon Overcomes Fear At Golden Globes 2014

Sosie Bacon may have artistic talent and celebrity genes running through her veins but Kevin Bacon and Kyra Sedgwick's 21-year-old daughter had to survive through a few fears before she could go up stage as this year's Miss Golden Globes.

Bacon was initially scared of tripping the moment she went on stage as Miss Golden Globes on Sunday night but her biggest fear never happened and the 21-year-old made her parents very proud.

"That's my biggest fear...I'm so bad at walking in heels. Clumsy is an understatement. I trip all the time," Sosie Bacon confessed in an interview before the start of the show.

Sosie Bacon has yet to formally debut as the lead in films or television series but the 21-year-old is already in the process of following in her famous parents' footsteps as an actress. Sosie Bacon appeared in Loverboy in 2005 as well as her mother's former hit show "The Close."

Sosie Bacon is currently a college student in her senior year. She will graduate from Brown University this 2014 and she also boasts a membership to CAP21, a famous theater company in New York City. Some of the few notable names who are former CAP21 members are Lady Gaga, Kristen Bell and Anne Hathaway.

Scoring the role of Miss Golden Globes seemed to have been a high point of the 21-year-old's New Year and Sosie Bacon immediately shared some of the show's exciting highlights to her followers during and after the Sunday night ceremony.

In one of her tweets, Sosie Bacon said, "Usher just kissed me on the cheek."

She also thanked a few people through Twitter, saying, Thanks @LOrealParisUSA for my amazing hair and makeup!"
