Aaron Carter Dies at 26: Police Confirms Death of Former Teen Heartthrob Aaron Carter in Another Circulating Hoax!

Aaron Carter is dead at the young age of 26. At least that's what circulating reports are claiming today. Police allegedly confirmed the former singing sensation's passing after a tragic vehicular crash in Queensland. However, it was found out later on that the reports were of fraudulent nature and that the "I'm All About You" singer is perfectly fine.

According to a report published by Global Associated News, 26-year-old actor/singer Aaron Carter died in "a single vehicle crash between Ipswich and Willowbank in Queensland." The report even stated that the Royal Queensland Police confirmed Carter's death around 5:30 a.m. UTC/GMT+10.

The report also claims that the body of Nick Carter's brother was identified by a photo ID found at the scene. Police suspects that Aaron was on vacation when the accident happened, but alcohol and drugs were not seen as possible factors that triggered his tragic end.

The news report stated that the Ipswich-Willowbank connector highway is notorious for being one of the "most dangerous stretches of road in Australia."

Meanwhile, another site called Media Mass also reported about Aaron Carter's death at the age of 26. According to the site, the report about the former teen heartthrob's passing led to the creation of an "R.I.P. Aaron Carter" Facebook page, which received "nearly one million likes."

The said page even  has a description that reads, "At about 11 a.m. ET on Thursday (February 06, 2014), our beloved singer Aaron Carter passed away. Aaron Carter was born on December 7, 1987 in Tampa. He will be missed but not forgotten. Please show your sympathy and condolences by commenting on and liking this page."

Nevertheless, Media Mass slammed the report about Aaron Carter's death, and claimed that it is simply one of those circulating celebrity death hoaxes on the web.

Interestingly, the site pointed out that fans who stumbled upon the "R.I.P. Aaron carter" Facebook page echoed their condolences to the young actor/singer and to his family as well. "Twittersphere was frenzied over the death hoax," the site added.

Meanwhile, it was also found out that Global Associated News is a site that generates false reports and celebrity death hoaxes. In fact, at the bottom of the report a note that reveals the false nature of the news can be found.

The note reads: "THIS STORY IS 100% FAKE! this is an entertainment website, and this is a totally fake article based on zero truth and is a complete work of fiction for entertainment purposes! this story was dynamically generated using a generic 'template' and is not factual. Any reference to specific individuals has been 100% fabricated by web site visitors who have created fake stories by entering a name into a blank 'non-specific' template for the purpose of entertainment."

Ironically, the same can be said of Media Mass. It is also a site that generates false reports for Internet traffic. And although the site was not the culprit behind the death hoax, some fans are now apprehensive in believing the news site since it is not a credible source as well. The "R.I.P. Aaron Carter" Facebook page report was also proven to be another hoax.
