Interestingly, because the possible twists in the finale episode have been kept a secret, many began to make speculations on how the show will really end its nine-year run. Director Pam Fryman recently opened up to TV Guide and addressed the idea that the speculations of fans might be correct all along. "People are so sure and they have such opinions about what they think is going to happen, but nobody is 100 percent right. I think people will be happy with the way this plays out. It's a great ending."
