GameStop, the biggest video game retailer in the United States, has projected its first-quarter revenue below the estimates of financial analysts. The company blamed sluggish hardware sales and the lack of major videogame releases.
“Batman: Arkham Knight,” being one of the top video games sold in June, reportedly helped boost up GameStop’s revenue. However, the gamers didn’t find the DLCs released in the past two months impressive. A new DLC pack is reportedly going to be rolled out in September, and fans are waiting if this is going to be better than the last.
