ISIL Flaunts British Hostage John Cantlie In A Shocking Video; The Captured Photojournalist Is A Motorcycling Pal Of Royal Princes William And Harry

ISIL extremists recently flaunted a shocking video featuring captured photojournalist John Cantlie. The British hostage was a former motorcycling pal of the royal princes William and Harry.

It may be a modification of strategies for the ISIL insurgents as British hostage John Cantlie was filmed suggesting that the English government should negotiate with them. The third captured photojournalist has been flaunted by ISIL terrorists as the extremist organization appeared on Thursday night to implement new schemes in its efforts to destabilize the British government.

In a video released on Thursday, September 18, Princes William and Harry's motorcycling pal, John Cantlie, also a photojournalist and war correspondent who has worked for several national newspapers said that he has been abandoned by Britain and sought the government to negotiate with its captors.

The 43-year old John Cantlie has worked for some of UK's leading news outfits including The Sunday Times and The Sunday Telegraph. In 2008, he joined Prince William and Prince Harry on the Enduro Africa charity bike ride as the official photographer. He is believed to have known the royal princes well during the 1,500 kilometer motorbike race across South Africa, where the group lived, ate, slept and rode together.

It has been the second time that British photojournalist John Cantlie has been captured and held hostage. He was abducted in Syria while covering the civil war in July 2012. In the long run, he managed to escape with the help of the Free Syrian Army, just after his return to the UK, he professed his intends to continue his work in Syria.

Prince William and Prince Harry's motorcycling pal, John Cantlie had returned to the distressed country in November 2012 where he was hastily captured again and has been held hostage for the past two years. There has been a news shutdown on his capture until now.

In the video posted online, John Cantlie appeared alone and was not threatened with beheading. He critiqued the war on the Islamic State and admonished the public to tune in to more airings where he will expose "the truth" about the existing situation in the region. The ISIL, which controls territory in Syria and Iraq, has previously beheaded two American journalists and one British aid worker in recent weeks.

John Cantlie, Prince Harry and Prince William's peer, suggested that the British government should wage a payoff for hostages, something the Prime Minister has utterly repudiated to do but which other European countries are thought to have settled to.

Thursday also patented the first time that ISIL has endeavored carnages outside the Middle East. Fifteen people were arrested in Australia over an alleged randomly beheading plot.

The royal princes' pal, John Cantlie of Haslemere, Surrey is the third British citizen convoluted in an ISIL hostage video. Earlier this month, aid worker David Haines was beheaded and Alan Henning, a volunteer aid worker, was threatened to die next.

The video showed John Cantlie sitting at a table in a dimmed room wearing orange Guantánamo- style robe. He spoke straight to the camera grasping his hands in front of him in a news presenter style. British Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond said that the ISIL video would be examined keenly.

Prince Harry and Prince William's motorcycling pal, photojournalist John Cantlie was seen on the recently released ISIL video entitled "Lend Me Your Ears."
