L.A. Lakers Latest Update: Kobe Bryant Speaks About Teammates, 'These motherf----r ain't doing s--- for me'

Kobe Bryant declared his team mates are not helping him improve, Sports Illustrated reported.

L.A. Lakers star player Kobe Bryant expressed his frustration over his team to general manager Mitch Kupchak after practice on Thursday.

"I'm supposed to practice and get better.  These motherf----r ain't doing s--- for me, "Bryant said.

During the game, Coach Byron Scott said that Bryant does not always practice with his team but when he does, it becomes an intense moment. Bryant guarded Jeremy Lin and the latter missed his shot. The star player also challenged Nick Young and he reacted, Los Angeles Times reported.

"Nobody in the world can guard me one-on-one. Nobody!" Young yelled.

"Thank God I'm not from this world," Bryant replied.

Bryant pointed out the team's lack of effort. "Now I see why we've lost so many games. We're soft like Charmin!" Bryant yelled.

After that, Bryant walked out from the practice. The star player's frustration stemmed from the team's standing of 6 wins and 16 losses.  In addition, Bryant was unable to play most of the season due to injuries.

An hour passed and the shooting guard was interviewed by the reporters regarding the episode.

"I was just being myself. I don't get a chance to really get out there and play too much because of my body and stuff," he said. "I don't know if it helps them. It obviously raises the intensity level. It was a tough practice for them," Bryant explained.

The interviewers asked him about describing his team mates like the toilet paper Charmin.

"I just challenge guys, see what happens. I've always believed in throwing them in the pool and then seeing if they can sink or swim," Bryant said.

Bryant also discussed the argument with Young. "I think Nick probably regrets getting me started in practice and saying something," the star player answered with a smile.

On the other hand, Young was also asked about his reaction to his team mate's behavior.

"I haven't seen Kobe practice like that in a while. I've been waiting to get back out there since he hurt my thumb. You know, talk some trash. It brings out the best in practice too when you're going at it like that," Young said.

Meanwhile, the Lakers will play at Minnesota on Sunday and at Indiana on Monday.
