Taylor Swift hosted her 25th birthday party with celebrity guests, Daily Mail reported.
On Saturday, Taylor Swift celebrated her 25th birthday with a pizza party in her New York apartment.
The 25-year-old singer posted an Instagram photo with the caption: "So this is being 25..... #WHAT
#bestbirthdayEVER." Beyonce, Jay-Z, Justin Timberlake, Karlie Kloss and Sam Smith were in the said picture among others.
Swift shared another photo of herself blowing her birthday candles while friends surround her. The pop star wrote: "When you're making a wish, but you already have all you really need standing around you."
Swift's best friend, Selena Gomez did not miss the celebration as well. The Latina singer flew from Los Angeles to New York to catch up on the event. Days before her best friend's birthday, Gomez posted an Instagram photo of her polished nails painted with S and T, The Inquisitr reported.
Gomez wrote: "I mean it's my bff birthday weekend so.... @taylorswift#NYC @sweetbcreations for doin me up :)."
Meanwhile, Swifts close friend Lorde was not able to attend the celebration but she shared a heartfelt message via Tumblr. It read:
"Today one of my sisters turns 25. sure, she isn't a reeeal sister, and I haven't known her thaaat long, but it feels like forever - together, we've navigated our respective crazy years in work (her cheering me on as i went to my first award shows, did my first rolling stone cover, wrote for my first movie; me cheering her on as she became a pop titan and conquered the world for what felt like the thousandth time), in love, in friendship, and in growing up."
Other than that, Swift received a necklace with her cat Meredith as a pendant from Lena Dunham. The pop star was clearly delighted with the gift as she shared an Instagram photo with the caption: "My birthday present from @lenadunham is my new most cherished possession."
Swift is known to have a long list of celebrity friends. Ansel Elgort, Jamie King, Nick Jonas, Kelly Osbourne and Five Seconds of Summer also celebrated with the pop star.
