Chris Martin, 37-year-old Coldplay front man, has allegedly run over a photographer during a family date night with ex-wife Gwyneth Paltrow and their two kids over the weekend. TMZ revealed the ex-couple was leaving a restaurant when a paparazzo emerged and took pictures of Martin and his family.
Coldplay lead singer Chris Martin currently made headlines after he was being accused of hitting a photographer by his jeep. The incident transpired after Martin, ex-wife Paltrow and their two children, Apple and Moses, were leaving the Giorgio Baldi Restaurant in Santa Monica. MTV reported the paparazzo approached Martin's car and made an attempt to take a photo of the family.
When Coldplay vocalist Chris Martin pulled away, the photographer claimed he was struck by the car and was lying on the gutter. According to Latin Post, an ambulance was called to bring the alleged victim to the nearest hospital. But, are these accusations true? Or just a well-fabricated encounter?
Entertainment news Web site, TMZ, cited some oddity about the said incident since another paparazzo was spotted across the street documenting the unfolding event. The media outlet additionally stated that it's quite rare for any celeb photojournalist to take position across the street from the exclusive and swanky restaurant.
"Here's the weird thing. The photog who took pics of the accident was standing across the street," TMZ observed. "It's unclear why a cameraman would be so far away, because there was a clear shot of the family from the restaurant side... right on the sidewalk. In fact, three other photogs were perched right there."
