1. Release Date Revealed!

"Hannibal" Season 3 is set to premiere on June 4 with a new timeslot. According to Christian Today, the show is moving to Thursdays at 10 p.m. instead of its usual airtime on Fridays.

2. Interesting Episode Titles

The episode titles of "Hannibal's" first and the second seasons had been inspired by French and Japanese cuisines respectively. And for the third season, Fashion & Style learned the titles will be taken from Italian cuisines such as "Antipasto," "Primavera," "Secondo" and "Digestivo."

3. Time Jumping and a Bit of Romance?

The season premiere will kick off almost eight months after Hannibal's House of Horrors massacre. Then, the other half of the season, which will comprise of the Dolarhyde subplot, will jump forward a few years where Will Graham would end up with a new wife.

4. Powerhouse Guest Cast

Aside from Richard Armitage being cast as "Red Dragon" murderer Francis Dolarhyde, "American Horror Story" alum Zachary Quinto has been brought on as one of Bedelia's patients, TVLine reported. "True Blood" vampire Rutina Wesley will play Dolarhyde's love interest, Reba. While Nina Arianda, on the other hand, will play Will's wife, Molly. Ecumenical News revealed Tao Okamoto is Chiyoh, Hannibal's aunt Lady Murasaki's aide. And Italian actor Fortunato Cerlino is Inspector Rinaldo Pazzi.

5. Dr. Frederick Chilton's Significant Transformation

In "Hannibal" Season 3, Dr. Frederick Chilton (Raul Esparza) will be undergoing an important change as he plots his revenge against Hannibal Lecter (Mads Mikkelsen). We previously revealed that Dr. Chilton has discovered Lecter's unusual practice that almost ended to him dying after he was shot. But this season, he'll finally seek vengeance against his enemy.
