Demi Moore Is Flat Broke? A Glimpse On The Actress’ Net Worth After Allegedly Selling $75 Milllion Manhattan Penthouse

Demi Moore Net Worth - Reports recently circulated that the 52-year-old actress is selling the Manhattan penthouse she once shared with ex-husband Bruce Willis for $75 million. So, is Demi Moore broke?

It seems that Demi Moore is boosting her net worth value soon but not with a new film contract. According to Daily Mail, Moore is putting up her three-floor penthouse in the market with a selling price of $75 million. It is located in the south tower of the iconic San Remo building on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

"We looked at everything on the park, Fifth Avenue, Central Park South and Central Park West, and there was just nothing like it," Moore told The New York Times. "The location, architecture and history of the San Remo were on a completely different level."

And since Moore is not spending time anymore in the penthouse, she decided to put it on sale.

"I'm spending the majority of my time in my other homes, and this apartment is too magnificent not to be lived in full time," she explained, as Canada Journal quoted.

Demi Moore, who has a net worth of $150 million as listed by Celebrity Net Worth, bought the south tower penthouse in 1990 with ex-husband Bruce Willis from "Saturday Night Fever" producer Robert Stigwood. The 14-bedroom apartment includes a 7,000 square feet of interior space with wrap around terraces overlooking Central Park and the Hudson River, Gossip Cop noted.

If Demi Moore actually sells her Manhattan penthouse for $75 million, which is half of her total estimated net worth of $150 million, it would set an Upper West Side co-op record, which nearly triple the highest price for a San Remo sale, New York Daily News reported.

Demi Moore's penthouse has been on the market for a year but was just recently listed publicly. As per Adam Modlin, president of the Modlin Group who is handling the listing, he determined the price by looking at recent apartment purchases in the area.

"Compared with the other iconic private perches on the perimeter of Central Park, there just isn't anything quite like this penthouse," he said, as People learned. "It is the grandest residence in the south tower, the one that sits above all the others, a mansion in the clouds, and it is the largest intact park-facing residence at the San Remo with private outdoor space."

Based on the reports cited above, Bruce Willis' ex-wife is definitely not broke. Demi Moore is just increasing her $150 million net worth by selling her Manhattan penthouse.
