Bobbi Kristina Brown Death: Who Will Obtain The 22-Year-Old's $20M Inheritance From Late Mother Whitney Houston?

Bobbi Kristina Brown, daughter of the late Whitney Houston, passed away "peacefully" at 8:15 p.m. on Sunday after a six-month battle for her life.

The 22-year-old was surrounded by her family who recited the Lord's Prayer as she slowly departed from this world.

Among those present to witness the young lady's final moments were Kristina's father Bobby Brown, her uncles Tommy and Gary and her aunt Pat Houston, who is an executioner of her state.

And while it's too early to talk money in the wake of Bobbi Kristina's death, many are wondering who will obtain the estimated $20 million inheritance her late mother left her now that she too is dead.

It was stated in the "I Have Nothing" hit maker's will that "if no children of mine survives me," her mother Cissy would inherit her jewels and her two brothers Michael and Tommy together with their parents and her then-husband Robert Brown would share her money, Daily Mail has learned.

But since Houston's father died after the will was drawn and she had already separated from Brown at the time of her death, the two are already excluded from claims to her estate. This means, that all of Houston's money will likely go to her mother and two brothers.

Cissy and Whitney's sister-in-law Pat Houston will reportedly remain as executioners of her estate.

Pat was the one who made sure that Bobbi Kristina was never left alone in the entire six months that her niece battled for her life. It was also she who convinced the young girl to go to rehab days before she was found in the tub with bruises on her face and body.

Meanwhile, initial autopsy results on Bobbi Kristina were quite inconclusive with no significant injuries and no obvious underlying cause of death found, Reuters reported.

In January, Whitney Houston's daughter was found unconscious and face down in the bathtub by her longtime boyfriend Nick Gordon, who is on "suicide watch" following his girlfriend's death.

Brown's family believes Gordon has something to do with the tragic incident, but the young man has since insisted on his innocence.

Prior his girlfriend's death, Gordon was served with a $10 million lawsuit charging him of beating Bobbi Kristina while they were still together and stealing from her bank account while she was in coma, according to NY Daily News.
