‘Pirates Of The Caribbean 5’ [LATEST SPOILERS]: 4 Reasons Why Johnny Depp’s Iconic Character Jack Sparrow Is To Watch Out For In The Upcoming ‘Pirates’ Sequel

"Pirates of the Carribean 5: Dead Men Tell No Tales" Latest Spoilers -  Even though it will take two years before the fifth installment of the "Pirates" franchise will be released, many fans are already thrilled and excited as the "Pirates of the Caribbean" team returns to the big screen and embark on an all-new adventure.

"Pirates of the Caribbean 5: Dead Men Tell No Tales" will reportedly bring back original cast members Johnny Depp and Orlando Bloom as they reprise their roles as Captain John Sparrow and William Turner, respectively. It was also reported that actor Brenton Thwaites will be on board as Henry Turner, Will Turner and Elizabeth Swann's (Keira Knightley) son.

Moreover, the upcoming "Pirates" sequel will introduce a new villain, Captain Salazar, who will be played by Javier Bardem. As per Venture Capital Post, Geoffrey Rush will also be reprising his role as Captain Hector Barbossa while newcomer Kaya Scodelario will play the role of Carina.

As it was previously reported that rumors have it that "Pirates of the Caribbean 5: Dead Men Tell No Tales" will be Johnny Depp's last portrayal of his iconic character Jack Sparrow, here are 4 reasons why Depp's Captain Jack Sparrow is to watch out for in the upcoming "Pirates" sequel.

1. Jack Sparrow is going legit in "Pirates of the Caribbean 5: Dead Men Tell No Tales."

While it was rare that a man would simply give up their lawful lives to be a pirate for the rest of their surly existence or a pirate to give up his buccaneering ways to become legit, Jack Sparrow is seemingly opting to go straight and have a more legitimate vocation, Movie Pilot noted.

2. Jack Sparrow is settling down.

With the possibility of Sparrow's decision to go legit in the "Pirates of the Caribbean" 5 plot, he could finally encounter a love interest and eventually settle down and have kids on the upcoming sequel. While he's a free-spirited character, it would be interesting to see that a woman could be able to tame him.

3. Jack Sparrow is building a crew.

Since he keeps on insisting that people will refer to him as "Captain Jack Sparrow," "Pirates of the Caribbean 5" saw Jack having to bring together an entirely new crew from the ground up, with a focus on the group.

4. Jack Sparrow is not returning in the succeeding films.

Even though Depp's Jack Sparrow has long been an iconic character in the Walt Disney-Jerry Bruckheimer joint projects, there is a huge chance he will not be returning in succeeding films. According to Ecumenical News, there have been speculations that several actors have already been considered to replace Depp's role in the future "Pirates" franchise.

"Pirates of the Caribbean 5: Dead Men Tell No Tales" is the fifth installment in the film franchise and is scheduled for release on July 7, 2017, Latino Post has learned.
