"Batman V Superman" actor Henry Cavill is currently making headlines after his shocking confession about his embarrassing erection while filming a sex scene for "The Tudors." While he undoubtedly made everyone cringe about his explicit admission, the 32-year-old actor appeared unfazed during the premiere of his latest movie "The Man from U.N.C.L.E" at Somerset House in London.
On Friday, Henry Cavill put his shocking sex scene confession aside and composed himself as he attended the movie premiere of his upcoming movie. According to Daily Mirror, he was seen hanging out with newly married director Guy Ritchie, who helmed the film.
Ritchie, 46, who married his longtime partner Jacqui Ainsley last week, took a break from his honeymoon and mingle with cast of his movie.
Henry Cavill, who rose to stardom after appearing as Charles Brandon in the historical drama series "The Tudors," made a wicked admission earlier this week. In the Men's Fitness September issue, Cavill revealed that he suffered a very embarrassing erection at a really inconvenient time.
Cavill's humiliation transpired while he was filming a sex scene for "The Tudors," E! News noted.
"It's only happened to me once, and it was very embarrassing," he admitted. "A girl had to be on top of me, she had spectacular breasts, and I hadn't rearranged my-stuff into a harmless position. She's basically rubbing herself all over me and, um, it got a bit hard."
Henry Cavill added that an erection during a sex scene is certainly unacceptable that he had to profusely apologize to his costar after he got over-excited, Us Weekly has learned.
"I had to apologize profusely afterward," he added. "It's not great when you're in a professional acting environment and somebody gets a boner, is it? No, not acceptable."
The "Man of Steel" actor also said that sex scenes are very uncomfortable.
"You don't think of sex scenes as showing your bum to the nation," Cavill explained. "It's actually acutely uncomfortable being naked in a roomful of people. The very last thing it is is sexy. The actual physicality is very uncomfortable. All you're doing is smacking your nuts against someone, and nothing is going in."
While Henry Cavill is single, the Brit hunk revealed that he doesn't enjoy "American dating" and would prefer the British way to get to know women.
"American dating is like carpet bombing," he stated. "You date 16 women all at once and eventually one of them is supposed to pop out of the crowd? I can't do that. I'm 32 years old. I do want to find a wife and raise a family. I prefer the British way: get talking and see what happens, one at a time."
Henry Cavill's action-comedy movie "The Man from U.N.C.L.E." will hit theaters on Aug. 14.
