‘Game of Thrones’ Season 5 SPOILERS: Jon Snow Possibly Alive?

"Game Of Thrones" has left fans going crazy after their beloved Jon Snow died, but theories are swirling left and right regarding what is to happen next season on HBO's epic series.

Death of fan-favorite characters on the hit TV series left fans of the show frustrated and spouting theories ranging from the plausible to the downright ridiculous. With Season 6 still far away, here are some popular theories to keep you sated.

  •  Jon Snow's Twin
For years now, Jon Snow's true parentage remains a mystery and a persisting theory is that Snow is actually the son of Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen.

According to Toronto Sun, showrunners D.B. Weiss and David Benioff confirmed that Jon Snow is indeed dead. However, fans are speculating that Snow's twin is none other than the character Meera Reed, who fans may remember as the sister of Jojen Reed.

  •  The Return of The Hound
Jon Snow isn't the only character speculated to be still alive as Rory McCann, who plays Sandor Clegane, aka "The Hound," was spotted near HBO's filming location in Belfast Island according to Perez Hilton.

Sandor Clegane was last seen during Season 4 when he lost a fight to Brienne of Tarth regarding the protection of Arya Stark. Fans are speculating that he may have not really died as his death was not shown on-screen. He will allegedly return to play as the gravedigger, a huge man with similar injuries to The Hound, who conceals his face with a scarf.
